Each framed print is made for your order.

Shipping

Standard shipping is included to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship these products to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, or international destinations.

Most orders are produced in 1–4 business days. Transit is additional and depends on the destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please allow extra time during busy periods.

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Choosing your size and frame

Sizes refer to the print inside the frame; the outside dimensions are slightly larger. A quantity of one pair includes two framed prints. A quantity of one trio includes three framed prints. Check your measurements and selected finish before ordering.

Returns and order problems

Free standard shipping to the contiguous US and DC. Most orders are made in 1–4 business days, followed by transit. Each piece is made to order, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

For help, email hello@sainthavendesigns.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and damage. Keep the packaging until we confirm the next step. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether an adjustment is still possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
