Prices, product details, and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraud, or another problem that makes fulfillment impossible.

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith, but carrier delays can happen. Fulfillment timing is described on the shipping page and may change during busy periods.
If a physical order arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photos so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund where appropriate. Because items are made to order, change-of-mind cancellations or returns may not be possible once production has started.
